MOLDED ALASKA CRAB SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
Juice of one lemon
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 c. flaked crabmeat
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. pimento
1/4 c. chopped celery

Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water; add lemon juice. Refrigerate until thickened. Add mayonnaise, whipped cream, crab meat, onion, green pepper, pimento and celery. Stir gently, pour in 1 quart mold. Refrigerate until firm. Serves 8 to 10.
