PEANUT BUTTER, COTTAGE CHEESE &
RAISIN SANDWICH
 
PER SERVING:

1/3 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. raisins
2 slices cracked wheat or regular wheat bread
alfalfa sprouts

Combine cottage cheese, peanut butter and raisins. Refrigerate overnight so that raisins plump up. Toast bread, then spread with cottage cheese mix. Top with alfalfa sprouts and enjoy!
