1 lb. (2 c.) cooked crabmeat, drained and flaked 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Swiss 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. dried bread crumbs 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper 3 tbsp. chopped pimiento 1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion 1/4 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise 1/3 c. milk or light cream 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Heat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 6 shells or individual baking dishes. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. |
