CRAB QUICHE 
1 uncooked pie shell
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp. chopped onion
6 oz. pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
9 oz. crab meat

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown and firm.
