CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
6 or 7 1/2 oz. crab (may use imitation)
1/3 c. chopped onions
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (or Jack)
Mrs. Smiths frozen pie shell

Mix all together. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees at 40 to 45 minutes. Serve at any meal.
