CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. crabmeat (fresh or canned)
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 (9 inch) pie crust (baked)

Put pie crust in oven and brown slightly. Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, onion and crabmeat. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until firm in center.
