CRAB QUICHE | |
9" pie shell 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. all purpose flour 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 6 oz. crab meat, fresh, frozen or canned 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/3 c. chopped green onion Bake pie shell until lightly browned. Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk; mix well. Stir in crabmeat, cheese and onion. Pour into pie shell and bake 30 minutes until firm. May use as main dish or appetizer, cut into bite size pieces. |
