CRAB QUICHE 
1 c. crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Lightly bake pie shell as per package directions. Place crab in bottom of baked pie shell. Cover with cheese. Pour milk over crab and cheese. Place pie pan on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
