PEPPERED CHOPS 
6 to 8 pork chops
1 lb. carrots
1 lg. onions
1 lg. bell peppers
Salt and pepper
Tomato soup
1 can water

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Place pork chops in roasting pan. Dice carrots, onion, pepper, put on top of chops. Mix 1 can tablespoon tomato soup with 1 can water pour on top and cover. Serve with baked potatoes.
