PORK CHOPS EN CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 c. potatoes, sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
6 pork chops
Salt
Pepper
1 med. can cream of tomato soup

In buttered baking dish, place layers of potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper pork chops and lay on top. Pour soup over chops. Bake at 400 to 450 degrees for 60 minutes.
