PORK CHOPS EN CASSEROLE 
Chops, enough for number to be served
3 or 4 med. sized onions
4 med. sized potatoes
1 can wax or green beans
Seasoning
1 c. cream or rich milk

Brown chops in frying pan; season with salt, pepper and sage. Arrange chops in casserole or large baking pan. Slice onions and potatoes thinly over the chops. Pour cream or milk over all. Add string beans within a half hour of serving. Bake, covered for about 20 minutes. Finish baking, uncovered. Allow about an hour and a half at 375 degrees.
