BAKED PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 (1/4 lb.) lean pork chops, trimmed
Vegetable cooking spray
4 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 med. carrots, cut into 1/2 inch diagonal slices
2 med. onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. ready-to-serve chicken broth
1/3 c. dry white wine

Place pork chops in a large nonstick skillet; brown on both sides over medium heat. Transfer pork chops to a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Layer potatoes, carrots, and onions over pork chops. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Pour broth and wine over top. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
