CHICKEN SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cubed chicken breast
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 hard boiled eggs

NUMBER 2:

1/2 c. cashew nuts
3/4 c. chow mein noodles

Mix together chicken breast, onions, celery, green peppers, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and hard boiled eggs. Chill. Just before serving, add the cashews and chow mein noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.
