PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
5 center cut pork chops
Flour
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced green peppers
5 slices potatoes (scalloped)
Salt
Pepper
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 Shmetona cream sauce

Flour pork chops, fry to brown on each side. Combine cheddar cheese soup and cream sauce. Layer in a large baking dish, potatoes. Sprinkle green pepper, onions, salt, pepper and coat with sauce made of cheddar cheese soup and cream sauce. Continue until filled. Place pork chops on top, cover and bake for 60 minutes.
