PIZZA POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
1 1/2 c. water
4 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
16 oz. can tomatoes
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese

Empty potatoes - seasoning mix in 2 quart casserole dish. Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling. Stir into potatoes. Put pepperoni on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 400 degrees 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4.
