POTATO PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
About 6 med. size potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. milk
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Onion (optional)
1 tsp. oregano
Dash of sugar

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer potatoes in pan. Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add Cheddar cheese soup, tomato sauce, milk, oregano, and sugar. Bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes. Pour mixture over potatoes. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Take out of oven and put your shredded cheese on top and bake until cheese melts for a few minutes.
