TAMIKA'S SALMON PATTIES | |
Goes great with white rice, eggs and toast. 1 (15 oz.) can pink Alaskan salmon 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs 1/2 large onion, diced 2 large eggs 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) Drain and de-bone Salmon in strainer. Dice onion. Mix all ingredients (EXCEPT seasoned salt) in any order. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Pattie ingredients together in 1/2-inch patties. Cook patties in oil, 4 to 5 minutes each side, until dark brown. Drain on cooling rack with paper towel underneath. Sprinkle with seasoned salt while hot. ENJOY! Submitted by: Tamika H. |
