1 whole chicken, cut up OR equivalent in chicken pieces 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can full of rice 2 soup cans full of water 1 envelope dry onion soup mix Mix canned soups, rice and water together. Put in 9 X 13 baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle whole thing with onion soup mix. Bake at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done and liquid is absorbed. |
