APRICOT GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 envelope Onion Recipe Soup Mix
8 fluid oz. Russian salad dressing
12 oz. apricot preserves
1 lb. chicken breasts and-or legs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup mix, salad dressing, and apricot preserves into microwave bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes until melted. Place chicken in baking pan. Pour glazed mixture on top of chicken. Bake for one hour or until chicken is done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
