1 tbsp. egg whites
2 c. pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix egg whites and pecans until pecans are coated and sticky. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pecans, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats pecans. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
