“CRISPY CHICKEN NUGGETS” IS IN:

CRISPY CHICKEN NUGGETS 
Works with all brands of air fryers.

2 slices stale or toasted white bread
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. chicken breast
1 large egg, separated
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
salt and pepper

Blend bread and paprika in a food processor until crumbly. Mix in olive oil and set aside. Separate eggs into yolks and whites.

Puree chicken breast in food processor and add egg yolks, garlic, tomato paste, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Shape mixture into 10 balls, then press into nuggets.

In a bowl, whisk egg whites. Coat nuggets in egg white, then with bread crumb mixture.

Place in air fryer and cook for 14 minutes at 400°F, giving the basket a shake after 5 minutes.

Serves 3 to 5.
