1 sm. can pineapple, crushed and undrained
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 jar pimento cheese
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Blend together and chill overnight. May be served in scoops on bed of lettuce.
