2 pkgs. orange Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 c. boiling water
1 can mandarin orange slices
1 c. whipped cream

Mix Jello with boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until melted. Let set until you whip cream. Add cream and crushed orange slices to Jello. Stir and pour into mold. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
