CHILI VERDE 
4 pork steaks, cube (cut off fat)
Season with salt and pepper

Brown in a little oil. Add:

1/2 onion, chopped fine

Brown (do not burn) :

2 rounded tbsp. flour
1 skinned tomato
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1 jalapeno pepper
Rice

Make a puddle of oil, enough to brown 2 rounded tablespoons of flour. Brown all together. Then add 2 cups hot water. Into that add 1 fresh skinned tomato, 1/2 chopped bell pepper. Bring to boiling point. Add salt and pepper. Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Add 1 jalapeno pepper. Cook 5 minutes. (Cut pepper but then take it out.) Serve all over rice.
