CHILI VERDE 
Cubed pork lean
Med. onion
2 cloves garlic
1 can Herdaz green chile sauce or salsa
1 can diced green Ortega chilies
2 tbsp. oil
Fry pan with lid
1 can diced black olives
Flour or corn tortillas, added to top
Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, grate together

Cook meat until done. Add ingredients to meat; cover. Cook 1 1/2 hours or until done to your taste. Stir occasionally. Spoon into tortillas. Add cheese and roll to the table and enjoy. Can also make in crock pot.
