CHILI VERDE CASSEROLE 
24 oz. green chilies, canned
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
1 pt. sour cream

8 x 13 inch pan. In a greased pan, layer the following ingredients in this order: Green chilies (remove seeds and open flat), Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, repeat same layer. Top with green chilies. Mix together eggs and sour cream and pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serves 12.
