CHILI VERDE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can green chili
1 lg. pkg. Jack cheese
2 lbs. ground beef
6-8 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour

Slice green chili. Brown ground beef. Shred cheese. Mix eggs, milk and flour. Layer:

1. Chili

2. Spread meat

3. Cheese

Repeat until all ingredients are used except for some cheese on top. Then put egg mixture all over and some cheese on top. Bake 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
