1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 doz. eggs
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream

Put green chilies in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Put grated cheese over top. Beat eggs and sour cream together (beat well). Pour over top of cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on your oven and pan. Ole - enjoy!
