TURKEY MASALA 
Turkey cutlets
Salt, pepper, paprika
Flour
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil - butter

Mix together salt, pepper and paprika and sprinkle on cutlets, then dip in flour and Parmesan cheese. Brown in olive oil and butter for 30 seconds on each side, then mix marsala wine and lemon juice together and simmer until done. Serve with fresh lemon wedges. Sprinkle pan with garlic salt.
