SHAGGY CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pudding mix (lemon or vanilla)
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 can fruit cocktail, including syrup
1 c. flaked coconut

Beat 4 minutes on medium. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Combine 1/2 cup each butter, milk and sugar. Boil 2 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup or more coconut over top of cake. (Also may add 1/2 cup or more chopped nuts, if desired.) Pour sugar mixture over cake while still warm.
