CHICKEN CHERENCE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (2 inch cubes)
2 lg. Delicious apples (peeled & sliced)
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/3 c. apple juice or apple brandy
1/3 c. heavy cream

Heat butter in medium skillet over medium heat.

Saute chicken 3 minutes on each side. Remove to plate.

Add apples to same pan and saute 5 minutes.

Add mushrooms and saute 2 minutes.

Add chicken to skillet. Add juice, cream and salt-pepper to taste.
