SPINACH PIE 
1 lb. melted butter or 3/4 c. olive oil
6 sheets phyllo dough

Mix together: 1 sm. finely chopped onion 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled Salt to taste Pepper to taste 2 egg yolks, beaten

Brush 9 x 13 inch baking dish with melted butter. Place 1 sheet phyllo dough in pan; brush completely with butter. Continue with two additional layers of phyllo and butter. Smooth layers in pan. Spoon onto prepared layers, spinach mixture. Spread evenly and cover with 3 additional layers of phyllo each brushed with melted butter. Trim corners and any excess dough. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes until dough begins to bubble and brown lightly. Remove and while warm, cut into serving pieces in pan.
