PASTIE PIE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
2 lbs. raw hamburger
2 sm. env. dry onion soup
Pre-made pastry dough (4 sheets)

Mix first three ingredients in large bowl. Prepare two 9-inch pie shells with pre-made dough sheets. Put mixture in shells. Slice 1 tablespoon of butter onto each pie shell and cover tops with dough sheet. Brush top crusts with milk and sprinkle with salt.

Bake in oven at 350°F for 1 hour.

Makes 2 pies.
