2 pie crusts
1 egg
7 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
1 lb. Round or Chuck steak
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut steak in 1/2 inch cubes. Layer potatoes, meat, onions, and cheese in crust, ending with cheese. Drizzle melted butter over pie. Cover with top crust and prick. Baste top crust with egg. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
