CHICKEN SUPREME 
3 lb. cut up chicken
1 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. celery salt
1 c. long grain rice
1 can (16 oz.) green beans, cut drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Place chicken in electric skillet. Add water, onion, celery salt. Cover and simmer with vent closed 30 minutes. Remove chicken. Measure broth in skillet; add enough water to make 2 cups liquid. Stir uncooked rice, beans, soup, milk, mayonnaise, cheese into broth in skillet. Add chicken. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until rice is done. May have to stir rice occasionally. Serves 4 to 6.
