CHICKEN CASSEROLE SUPREME 
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion powder
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. white wine (optional)
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
