STRAWBERRY ICE POPS 
4 c. sliced strawberries
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

You also need 12 plastic cups or popsicle molds (3 ounces each) and 12 popsicle sticks. In a blender or food processor, combine first 3 ingredients; cover and blend until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup into each cup or mold; insert popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm.
