MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar apple jelly
1 lemon (juice)

Mix first 6 ingredients together and shape into balls. Mix together the last 3 ingredients and heat in pan until bubbly. (Can use electric skillet.) Drop meatballs into sauce and simmer until they are brown. Stir occasionally. Serve on wooden toothpicks if desired.
