CONFETTI BITES 
2 lg. cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) containers whipped cream cheese
1 env. Ranch salad dressing
2 tomatoes, diced
Several broccoli flowerettes, cut tops in sm. pieces & dice finely
1 c. shredded cheese

Chop tomatoes and broccoli. Mix together and let sit in refrigerator. Fold or cut together cream cheese and Ranch mix. Cut each crescent triangle into 3 small pieces. Bake 7 or 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Use oven directions on package. Cool completely. Peel off top layer if it appears to be too flaky to ease in spreading cream cheese. Spread cream cheese over each piece. Sprinkle tomato and broccoli mixture over top of cream cheese. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Serve immediately or cover with saran wrap or refrigerate.
