3 oz. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. raisins

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir in cold water and vinegar. Gradually add Jello to salad dressing, mixing until well blended. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cabbage, carrot, celery and raisins. Pour into one quart mold. Chill until firm. Red cabbage makes salad more colorful. Serves 6.
