RAW APPLE CAKE 
4 c. diced tart apples
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix together and bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

CARAMEL SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream

Boil 1 minute. Serve warm cake with warm sauce.
