RAW APPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Cream. Add: 1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together: 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon

Fold in 4 cups of chopped apples.

Topping:
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. milk

Combine and spread on raw cake. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake in greased and floured tin at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
