CHUNKY TOMATO VINAIGRETTE 
1 1/2 c. finely chopped peeled tomato (about 2)
2 tbsp. minced green onions
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. dried whole tarragon
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well, cover and chill 1 hour. Yields about 1 1/2 cups. About 4 calories per tablespoon.
