COLESLAW VINAIGRETTE 
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/3 c. sliced green pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt

In bowl, combine cabbage, green pepper and parsley. Stir together vinegar, sugar, salad oil and salt until sugar is dissolved. Pour over slaw and toss to coat. Cover and chill.
