CHOCO-PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. bourbon
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Combine pecans and bourbon; set aside. Combine next 6 ingredients, mixing well. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecan mixture. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
