2 c. sugar 1 c. butter 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. cocoa 2 c. pecans 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each. Add dry ingredients. Stir in pecans last. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover with Two Minute Chocolate Icing. Almost sinful. TWO MINUTE CHOCOLATE ICING: 1 c. butter 1/2 c. cocoa 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla |
