LOVE THAT FISH! 
1 to 2 lbs. fish fillets
butter to grease baking dish
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 egg white, beat until softly peaked
Paprika

Place fillets in greased baking dish. Mix cheese, parsley and mayonnaise and fold in egg white.

Spread the fish fillets with the mixture. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake in a 450 degree oven until fish is done, 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the size of fillet.
