GRANDMA CLARK'S CHOCOLATE
JUMBLES
 
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. molasses
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Mix cocoa, brown sugar, butter, molasses, egg and salt together. Add baking soda dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water. Mix. Add flour. Roll on board, cut and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Frost when cool.
