TERIYAKI CHICKEN STRIPS 
4 skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
6 oz. sour cream

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Brown chicken in frying pan (spray pan lightly with vegetable spray) and add teriyaki sauce. Turn frequently. Add sour cream and stir until smooth. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch in 1/4 cup warm water. Before serving, thicken sauce with cornstarch mixture. Serve with parsley flakes over top for color.
