FAVORITE BREAKFAST BAGEL
SANDWICH

This makes a very easy and yummy breakfast sandwich that is a definite favorite of my husband. I even send it packed separately in his lunch when he works early and he heats it up in the microwave! Enjoy! :)

For two sandwiches you will need...

2 bagels
4 eggs
6 strips of bacon (or a handful of shaved smoked ham)
1-2 slices of cheese per sandwich (or add grated cheese on top)
(spices as follows below)

Spray a round medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Crack 4 eggs into the skillet (I don't turn on the burner until I have the spices on my eggs). Sprinkle on top the following (or whatever you have):

garlic powder
garlic salt
a bit of chili powder
red and black pepper
parsley
chives
Italian seasoning (McCormick)
Mrs. Dash

Turn on burner and cook egg until it starts to pop. Then get a large spatula and flip it over. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, cut in half so each person gets 2 yolks.

While egg is cooking cook your bacon or ham in a small skillet. I cook my bacon until crunchy and I spray my pan with non-stick cooking spray for the ham and cook it until brown and slightly crunchy.

Toast bagel and add egg and meat. Put your cheese on to melt and enjoy!

Makes 2 sandwiches.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
